明星蘭園建置全球第一座無風扇水牆綠能溫室

一、利用大自然能源達到溫室恆溫效果，建構全球第一座無風扇水牆綠能溫室：Using Natural Power
以往蘭花生產，在夏季時，透過水牆以及風扇負壓原理，將冷空氣在溫室內循環，降低溫室溫度。而冬季時要透過瓦斯、油料或電能加溫，讓熱空氣降低苗株之開花生理特性。這些數十年的操作模式，在能源高漲年代，許多學者專家都希望謀求節能之替代方案。明星蘭園負責人林明星以北歐利用大自然地底空氣溫度恆溫之原理，發想與設計出全球第一座無風扇水牆綠能溫室，而且運作四年多來，效果相當良好。
To plant orchids, we usually use pad and fan to lower the green house’s temperature during summer. In winter on the other hand, use gas or oil to heat up the house. Orchid’s growers have been using this method over the decades; however, the cost of resource is getting higher and higher. Many scholars and specialists have put their effort to find a way to save energy or replaceable resource. Star Orchids' founder Ming-Hsin Lin has inspired and adopted north Europe’s principle of the natural underground air temperature thermostat, designed the world’s first ecology greenhouse which doesn’t have pad and fan. It has been well operated about four years.

二、利用360度旋轉濁流風扇，達到室內恆溫效果：360 rotate fan

以往溫室內部循環風扇都是單一風向，無法達到全方位之循環效果，明星蘭園引進日本進口濁流風扇，可全面性風向吹動，達到恆溫效果。

Fans inside the greenhouse are usually one-direction blowing which is hard to equalize temperature all around. We imported direct fan from Japan which rotate 360 to maximize ventilation effect and keep the temperature evenly.

 

三、無水牆導入濕空氣，降低溫室濕度，降低病蟲害發生機率：No Water Pad
因為無水牆將濕空氣導入溫室內，可降低溫室內溼度，也降低病蟲害發生機率，提高育成率與葉片品質。

Without water pad, wet air won’t come into greenhouse. It decreases the humidity of the house, and also reduces the incidence of pests and diseases, which improves the plant survival rate and leaf quality.

 

利用電腦科技，將溫室內部光照、溫度、與濕度等等狀況傳達到手機、電腦內，若溫室內狀況異常，可透過手機、電腦監控與改變參數，在全球各地都可以即時掌握溫室內狀況。

Using computer system, we can see greenhouses’ brightness, temperature, and humidity through computer and smart phone, which we can control them immediately when there’s an alert. We can understand our greenhouses’ condition from anywhere in the world.

 

五、能源使用量與傳統溫室比較，節省約2/3能源：Energy-Saving
因為透過大自然地底空氣恆溫系統，可降低能源使用量，以一年操作經驗與傳統溫室比較，能源使用量約節省2/3左右，可說是目前為止全球最節能的一套蘭花溫室。

Through natural underground air temperature thermostat, we could suppress our usage of resource. After a year of operation, the amount of resource usage has reduced to about 2/3 compare to the traditional greenhouses. We could say, this is one of the most energy saving greenhouse in the world.

 

六、全球市場：Global Market
台灣蘭花產業因為台灣在品種與栽培環境之優勢，是全世界最合宜種植栽培蘭花(尤其是蝴蝶蘭)的國家，而且蘭花產業在全球都是持續成長，而且蝴蝶蘭因為花形花色變化多端，幾乎可以取代各種盆花與切花，讓全球都能看到台灣蘭花之嬌艷美麗。
Due to the weather and environment, Taiwan is the most suitable place to grow orchids (especially phalaenopsis). Now orchid industry is growing continuously around the world, we hope we can inspire the world with beautiful orchids from Taiwan.
